Dalene and Danae were invited to join their Uncle Kent, Aunt Pamela and children for a week of vacation. Grandpa and Grandma Matthia went along, too, and a wonderful time was had by all. The beaches were beautiful, wide and empty. On several occasions they drove on the beach (for instance when they saw the wild horses) in the back of U. Kent's truck! They also enjoyed several of the light houses and the Wright Brothers' museum at Kitty Hawk.
