Gemeindetag (Church Fellowship Day)

This past Sunday was a fifth Sunday in the month, so we met together as a church, and had the joy of some friends and families visiting as well. During the morning service, our niece, Lynette played a beautiful special of "What a Friend". Everyone had brought food, and it all combined to a wonderful variety for a delicous dinner, and later for coffee and cake. Dustin is holding little Chiamaka. Her daddy studied here a few years ago, and attended during that time. He and his family now live in Halle, about an hour southeast of us. Between our two eating times, the little kids were allowed to enjoy some time at a near-by playground, while we cleaned up and washed up. Then we watched Amber's presentation on her time in China. That was followed by some wonderful singing of songs from the new book. For a couple of songs, Danielle climbed up in "Daddy's" lap while he played.
