Devon has worked for two months from 7 a.m.-2 p.m. (M-F) helping to build a stone wall for Kay, the farmer. Only the shingles on top that prevent moisture from getting into the stone work still have to be finished. Now that the wall is finished Devon is planning to tackle his junior year of high school. Built into the wall is a sandstone block with the words of Acts 16:31 carved into it, "Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved and thy house." That should raise the eyebrows of some of the townsfolk. Hopefully it will also raise someone's eyes toward God.
